I'm Mae Grace Nofelda, 26 years old and currently lives in Guimaras. My friends call me Maimai. I love to read, watch movies and hang out with my friends.

It has always been my dream to be part of an organization that do humanitarian work and when I was invited to join LOOB workcamp (by Lilibeth). I did not have any second thoughts of joining it and I'm glad that I did not hesitate to join this organization. Being able to help people in my own little way give me self-fulfillment and happiness.

LOOB workcamp gave me the chance to experience first hand the so called Filipino Hospitality coz even though I'm a Filipino I never had the chance to stay in other people's house and I proved that indeed it exist. The friendship that developed through the workcamp is also one of the things I will treasure, not just with the Japanese campers but also with the Filipinos. It's really nice to be able to get along with people different from you but actually not totally different, coz bottomline is, we only have one goal and that is to help and bring joy to other people.

Being part of LOOB is one of the things I will never regret. and if my schedule allows me, I would definitely still join future workcamps.
